Michele and Jeff Butler, siblings, graduated from MSHS. Michele in 1973 while Jeff graduated one year early in the Class of 1974. Both were honor students that have gone on to establish solid careers in Business and Medicine. Michele is co-owner of Vango’s Pizza here in Marquette and continues to support our local Community. She believes that supporting the Community that supports you is very important. Michele is a Marquette Area Public Schools Pendell Wall of Excellence Honoree. Jeff is an Orthopedic Surgeon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jeff is very active in his practice and supports his Community.

Both Jeff and Michele believe that the student receiving this scholarship has already achieved success. He or she has chosen a career in Business or Medicine and will go on to be contributors to their Communities. This recipient will have high academic achievement, good citizenship and leadership skills, and is positive with all.
