The Ray and Peg Hirvonen Foundation is a charitable organization which supports the quality of life in the Upper Peninsula and on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Both Ray and Peg are natives of Marquette and graduated from Graveraet High school then all three of their children graduated from MSHS then went on to attend NMU. The Hirvonen Family has strong, deep rooted ties to the UP and has a love for our community; they want to encourage our best & brightest students to stay in the UP for college and beyond.
